SERVING GOD WITHOUT FEAR

TEXT: LUKE 1:74; 1 JOHN 4:18; 4:7-8; JOHN 8:31-32; JOHN 14:6

Luke 1:74- To grant us that we being delivered from the hand of our enemies, might serve Him without fear.

1 John 4:18- There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out all fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. Continue reading “SERVING GOD WITHOUT FEAR”

REST

REST

TEXT: GENESIS 2:2

Genesis 2:2- And on the seventh day, God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done

In the story of Creation, God worked for six days and then He rested on the seventh. This tells us clearly that WORK PRECEDES REST. That is the correct order and the perfect example that God laid down for us from the beginning of time. Do not be deceived by anyone for any reason that rest can take place before work. KNOW YOUR GOD

TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 17:45B

Exodus 15:22-27

In the exodus of the Israelites, they had some issues in the way and the people grumbled against their leader (not knowing that they grumbled against God). But I observed here that at every point when the people had something to complain about, God spoke to their leader. This means that when God calls any man to carry out an assignment for Him, He will not leave him without any ideas on what to do. As long as that person always goes back to God who called in the first place, then there will be a definite answer. Continue reading “HE KNOWS WHAT IS NEXT”
